Removing Christmas tree should be much easier than last year. After two days of unseasonably warm temperatures all of the snow on the deck has disappeared. We'll be able to carry the tree out without resorting to saws and pruning shears.
It will also be easy to remove the wreath and swags. After the warm temperatures a cold front moved in (currently 7°) with very strong, gusty winds. The winds removed the wreath and both swags. That's the first time that has happened.
I think I prefer to individually remove the interior decorations without the help of strong gusts. Many of them have certain memories attached to them as well.

Come to think of it, almost all of my Christmas decorations have been gifts. Guess I am not too crafty -- or maybe I was too busy through the years to make my own decorations.
