Easter Dinner

After three days of church services and plenty of cooking, it's time to relax with a nice Easter meal.  It was an intimate group of Hubby, Son #2 and his wife, and friend Tony.

Roast Fresh Ham
Oven Roasted Rosemary Potatoes
Cranberry Sauce
Garlic Sauteed Black Kale (Lacinato Kale)
Homemade Wheat Rolls
Ukrainian Raisin Cheesecake
