Just because . . .

Yesterday Hubby came home with a beautiful flower arrangement for me.

"It's not my birthday," I said.

"No.  Can't I bring you flowers when it's not your birthday?"

Me:  "Yes, but why are you doing this?"

Hubby:  "Just because.  To thank you for taking care of things while I was gone, and for all the other things you do which I don't always thank you for."

Me:  "I love you.  Just because."
